Flipping with a purpose
We’ve been seeing a lot of good things when use the WOD to “warm-up” for our strength work, especially when said work requires a lot of mobility. Β Today, we’ll be prepping for overhead squats with a short version of “Mary”. Β While it’ll be 10 minutes instead of 20, the movements should each have elements that help get out bodies ready for the demands that squatting with weight overhead puts on us.
