Beat the Heat
If you haven’t noticed, the theme for the week is cycling the barbell. Β We get some more practice today when we hit our push press. Β We’ll be working on “rebounding” out of the front rack position – only pausing at the top, in full lock out.
The WOD is another spin on “Helen”, this time as a chipper. Β While it’s the exact same amount of work as Helen, not breaking it up into rounds gives it a very different flavor.
