No strength today, just a long WOD. We have a 200 m run and 10 thrusters that you’ll need to get done within a certain amount of time. The faster you move, the more time you’ll have to breath. The thrusters are programmed a bit lighter than usual and you should think about trying to make them unbroken! Today is all about hustling and getting the work done!
