Whether it be cycling our cleans touch and go style or rebounding our box jumps, today it’s all about connecting reps. We’re starting with large sets of power cleans. Yes, ten is a lot. It’s another opportunity to tune up this movement for use in WODs. Focusing on making them touch and go will make them an even more potent tool in a workout.
The box jumps are Rx’ed at standard height today, but I encourage you to scale to be able to rebound these. If it helps, pretending the floor is hot lava is a solid go to motivator. Try to stay quick and snappy in the first round so we can build that energy right to the end!
