Whether it be cycling our cleans touch and go style or rebounding our box jumps, today it’s all about connecting reps. Â We’re starting with large sets of power cleans. Â Yes, ten is a lot. Â It’s another opportunity to tune up this movement for use in WODs. Â Focusing on making them touch and go will make them an even more potent tool in a workout.
The box jumps are Rx’ed at standard height today, but I encourage you to scale to be able to rebound these. Â If it helps, pretending the floor is hot lava is a solid go to motivator. Â Try to stay quick and snappy in the first round so we can build that energy right to the end!
