Upside Down Day!
It’s like backwards day, only with more handstands! We have a long AMRAP that’s pretty cardio heavy, so we’ll be taking the skill portion of the class to find a challenging and interesting (perhaps both intellectually and bodily) version of handstand push ups to put in the WOD to help make them a better balance with the 400m run. 7 is not a lot of reps, so we don’t want a scale that we can burn through. And just to make sure we kick off with a bit of seasoning, there’s a 2k ROW buy in that we’ll need to complete before we get to the work that “counts”.
