Bars for days
In a classic practice-apply scenario, today’s work has us hone our snatch for strength work and then throws the same move into the WOD along with some bonus back squats with the bar for good measure. (Pro Tip: knowing that you’ll need to bring the bar down to your shoulders from overhead during the WOD, practice this also during the strength work.)
And as we head into the weekend, just a reminder: We’re closed Monday for the holiday – no classes, no open gym. Saturday and Sunday classes/open gym are still on.

Bit off more than I could chew with the weight for the WOD and wound up dropping the bar a couple times.
