Speed Nancy
We’ve had a lot of great chances this week to scale for intensity. Today’s “Speed Nancy” will be no different. Rather than make the Rx a load, the Rx for today is doing the overhead squats unbroken. We challenge you to find the heaviest weight that you can achieve this at (up to 95#), but be sure that you can.
Scaling properly isn’t about making the work easier for you. It’s about making it easier for you to work harder. Find the right weight and don’t stop moving.
