Downhill, uphill
Yesterday found us working through a nice descending rep scheme. Today, we go longer and have to climb our way back up to where we started. This one will definitely display how much context makes all the difference. Case in point – the first 50 box jumps vs. the second 50.
While yesterday’s rep scheme allowed the overall pace to stay fast, today’s finds its intensity a different way, stacking piles of work in front of us when we’re already tired. Scale to move, and just keep chipping away. The way to get through a lot of work is the same way to get through all work – one rep at a time.
