Load up, haul ass
If you haven’t yet heard, hauling ass is one of our themes this programming cycle. Even when there’s heavy weight involved, ass can (and should) be hauled.
Now that doesn’t mean that we’ll throw caution to the wind and run up to a heavy bar and just start ripping on it in the middle of the WOD. Hauling ass is just as contextual as everything else.
For today, we’ll want some decent weight on the bar for our snatches. Enough so that we have to think about each rep (unless we can connect the Rx weight smoothly). But think fast, get set up and get after each rep quickly, but in a focused manner. Don’t let your mind wander – you’ll need it crisp for this one.
