I am FIRE UP for tomorrow! Here is what we have for strength work:
With these touch and go power cleans we’ll be working up to a heavy set of 3. With heavier weights we’ll need to keep our midline locked down and keep our legs and hips snappy. These power cleans will prep us for the ones we have in the WOD.
250 m Run
10 Toes to Bar
10 Power Clean (155/105)
We’ll be going out the side door today for the run so it’ll be a little longer than 200 m. The TTB I want to be done in 2-max 3 sets so scale appropriately! Then we have the power cleans. These cleans are on the heavy side but still something we should be able to string together 8-10 reps at a time. They’ll get tougher as the work out goes on. Utilize that hook grip, your grip will thank you.
