Here’s a second chance at this spicy triplet from a few weeks ago. It’s a long one, and a great opportunity to see if you learned anything the first time (if you came in when we did it).
The challenge of unbroken wallballs still calls if you’re feeling feisty, but there is plenty of flavor here even without that. Be ready for a grind. Like all work, it gets done one step (or rep) at a time.
WOD:

25 deadlifts (185/135)
25 wallballs (20/14)
400m run
19:06 Rx…. about 30 seconds faster than last time. Unbroken wallballs until the last round.

I went a bit heavier (last time 125#) on the DL and the same weight in the WB, though I scaled the height.
This time was about 40 sec faster than last time (25:21), but it definitely felt much better this time. Maybe because I know what I was getting in.
