Snatches and running

Friends! Today’s workout includes dumbbell snatches, running, and box jumps. The dumbbell snatches and box jumps are there to load your hamstrings and encourage explosive hip opening. While the run challenges your ability to run after taxing your hamstrings and hips.

I’d approach this workout by doing the snatches unbroken or in two sets. I’d try to keep the run quick. (It’s a short distance so you don’t have to pace this.) And I’d work through the box jumps a steady clip so I have the energy to run again!

A good goal time for this workout is 15 -17 min.
