High Jump

Hips hips hips, today we’re working on hip extension!  We’ll see it a bunch in the WOD, so we’ll warm up by working on some max height box jump overs and power cleans to prep.

The WOD is set up like a chipper with the chance that you’ll get through it and start working your way through again!  Get after this one and see if you can get 1 + something!



40 wallballs (20/14)

30 push ups

20 power cleans (115/85)

10 Box Jumps (high)

20 power cleans

30 push ups
