A – N, FRAN!  That’s right friends, today is for a classic.  21-15-9, thrusters and pull ups.

To help us scale right, we’ll be doing thruster triples for strength.  We’ll be taking no more than 50% of our max into the WOD.  That means if you want to Rx it, you’ll need to like 180 and 130 respectively for a set of 3…
