Single leg

While they might be frustrating, pistol squats are one of the few things we get to do with one leg at a time.  Today is a good day to approach scaling them from a more “strengthy” version.  The double unders and toes to bar can be on the light and fast side, so think about box pistols (or just hanging on to a band/ring) to give you time to really savor the full range.
