The theme today is going overhead. We’ll be using a barbell for the strength portion and DB’s in the workout. Whether you’re push pressing a bar or snatching a DB connect your reps together.
The workout includes double under, DB snatches, and push ups. The scheme for the snatches are higher than you might have seen before and the push ups are there to slow you down a bit. Break up your snatches and push ups into chunks of work so you can keep moving.
