Classics
Going big with Deadlifts is loads of fun; it’s a classic lift that maxes out the weight you move. Getting more volume and time-under-tension out of it with the tried-and-true 5×5 rep scheme is also a classic.
Finishing up with an all-bodyweight smoker is also classic choice, and we’re adapting the 5/10/15 rep scheme of the benchmark Cindy into something that will force you to keep your chest upright and really add the piece de resistance to a classic day.
Get in and get after it, old-school!

Don’t think those calves belong to the 5:30 AM class…

WOD: 8 (I think), for push-ups I did three per round, the rest rx. Maybe I should have tried 5? But I can’t string them together (yet).
It’s definitely Mike A.
