For the beginning part of class we’ll work on accumulating time in an L-sit hanging from the bar. We’ll work on different scaling options, the goal is to be spend a solid amount of time with our hands on the bar.
With the Very Nick Old School wod you’ll be working for 12 minutes, the wall burpees will get your heart rates up, and the bear crawl sand bag drags will tax your shoulder and your core. You’ll next clean the sand bag from the ground up to your shoulder. We’ll go over how to do this, don’t worry!

STR: Strict L-sits for 20 secs for the first 6 or 7 min. Strict L-sits for 10 secs w/5-10 sec break in between for the rest of the time.
