Double Grace

With a butt-load of running and some rope climbs for flavor.  While this won’t be as heavy as Grace, it will be a long one so be ready!

Scale to move on those clean and jerks!  If you’re not stringing together large sets, this whole thing will fall apart on you fast.  It’s time to get some work done!

    I might have done 11 rope climbs instead of 10. I wasn’t sure if I did 9 or 10, so I decided to do another one for good measure. After those rope climbs my arms were so tight.. but it was pretty nice over all
