A little heavy lifting and a quick couplet is a classic CrossFit combo.  Today we’re hitting it old school with some heavy deadlifts to get us started and some playtime with a plate for conditioning.

We “flip” these so often that this order might feel novel.  You’ll be fresh for the lifting, so get after it.  The WOD is short, so don’t wait!  See if you can bang it out in 5:00!

    Really didn’t expect those lunges to hit as hard as they did, but boy howdy was that spicy.
