I just want to say…WHERE Y’ALL AT? I have a completely empty 4 pm and 5 pm class today! What gives? So here I am writing the blog early.

Max Height Box Jump, team, lets get some big jumps in tomorrow. Start small and work your way up.
Today’s WOD mimics “The Mel”. We have a different box jump variation on a slightly taller box, heavier swings and the burpees are replaced with pull ups. All these movements are just a bit more challenging and that is okay. I want you to try to hit it with the same intensity and shoot to finish this in 10 minutes.
Skill: 45” ish (box plus four 45s and a 25)
WOD: 10:28 @ 1.5pd, ring rows
Skill: 37” ish, might have got a little skittish any higher.
WoD: 12:11 Rx

Skill: 36” maybe? I find it so cringy my gut check stops me before I even jump.
