Here is what we have for you tomorrow!

7 Rounds for Time of

7 Dumbbell Strict Press (40/25)

7 Dumbbell Push Press

7 Dumbbell Push Jerk

7 alternating Pistol Squats/leg

7 Sit ups

So. Many. Rounds! As you work your way through this try try try to hold onto those dumbbells for ALL of the shoulder to over head movements. As you may have noticed we’ve been doing a lot of pistols, they are good for you and hopefully by now you are familiar with the many scales. The pistols will be challenging so we don’t want y’all going to failure on those, so chose your scales wisely. And then do your best to recover on the sit ups.

    WOD: 16:43, 25# DB, some Rx pistols, some band assist. The strict presses killed me!
