Friends! 19.4!! We are modifying the time cap for class so you guys can really get into.

Here is how we’ll do it tomorrow:

3 Rounds For Time:

10 Power Snatches (95/65)

12 Barfacing Burpees

rest 3:00

3 rounds for time:

10 Bar Muscle Ups (scale: jumping bar muscle up or challenging pull)

12 Barfacing Burpees

18:00 time cap

Team – crush that first 3 rounder and enjoy that 3 minutes of rest. For the next 3 rounder if we don’t have bar muscle ups, give jumping bar muscle ups a try – they are loads of fun. And get through as much of that next 3 rounder as your lunges and shoulders will

allow before that 18:00 time cap. For those of you doing Friday Night Lights! I will see you tonight! I am going to leave the google doc sign up for friday night lights here.     WoD: 17:12. Scaled to 85# power snatch & jumping muscle-up off a 24” box. Was nice to have the extra six minutes to finish up the workout.

    Wod: 14:55 @ 95#, jumping muscle up w/24″ box (high bar). I believe it was 5:57 – 3 min break – 14:55. So. Many. Burpees…
