Splitting our Squat
We’re working the unilateral again today, this time with a split squat. This will resemble a lunge in many ways, but we’ll be holding our foot position until all three reps are done.
After that, we have a chipper with some jumping lunges to break it up every minute. Scale wisely – those lunges are no joke and we’re looking for you to beat that 15 minute cap!
