The devil’s work
Lots of pressing today, some strict with a barbell, and some “devil’s presses” with a pair of dumbbells.
The strict presses will be large sets and we’re looking to maintain the same weight across all three sets. Picking the right weight will be challenging – we want to be successful, but right on our edge.
After that, we’ll be essentially combining a burpee with a double dumbbell power snatch to create the devil’s press and alternating that with some box jumps. The presses decrease in reps as you go, the umps stay the same…
