Y’all today is all about barbell cycling and our shoulders!
We’ll talk about some weight-y power snatches for strength – keeping it at a weight that we can cycle, maybe a slow cycle but then we will back the weight way down and talk about some quicker barbell cycling.
We also have a TON of toes to bar to do today. Couple of options here: if we are not a toes to bar ninja, we can chop those numbers right in half. Or if we want to prioritize time on the bar we can shorten the range of motion making sure we keep our kip swing crisp and quick.
