Climbing on up

We’re hitting a variation on an open workout today.  This one is essentially 5 rounds where we’ll do 15 burpee box jump overs each round and an increasing number of kettlebell swings.  While the number of swings is constatnly increasing, those burpee box jump overs are going to build up!  Don’t worry – we have a 25 minute cap on this one to keep it in check!

    WoD: 18:15 Rx, last round of 50 KBS were a bit of a grind. Also, the board updated this workout to start with 10 KBS (and end with 15 BBJO) – so, moved the 1st 15 BBJO to the end.
