Power snatchin

Working up to a heavy triple with our power snatches today.  We’ll be practicing them touch and go style, which will come in handy for the 100 power snatches we’ll see in the WOD.  Don’ worry, those snatches will be light, but they will be peppered with a rope climb every minute.  As with all WODs that are for time with an EMOM component, don’t let the clock catch you!  Be ready at your rope at the beginning of each minute or else things will spiral out fast…
