We’re working on our overhead pressing strength today with a complex of strict presses and push jerks, every 90 seconds for 5 sets. Your load on the bar will be based on what you can strict press for 3 reps, so those push jerks should feel light and snappy. Aim to perform the complex unbroken on each set.

For our conditioning today, you’ll be working with a partner to accumulate as many 200 meter runs in 15 minutes as you can…. “you go, I go” style. Take advantage of the rest periods toΒ breathe so you can hit the next 200m with intensity, and don’t keep your partner waiting!
