We’re taking a break from the long one’s today to hit some skill work and a shorter burn.

We’ll be starting with the skill of being upside down, whether that’s just getting into a wall supported handstand or building up/towards handstand push ups.  We’ll then get into a medium short AMRAP that should pack plenty of punch.

    Invertical-ness: 3 x 5 or 6 rounds kipping HSPU. Some with and some without abmat

    WoD: 6 +4 Rx

    Skill: kipping HSPU and related movements, strict HSPU are still not happening

    WOD: 5+1 @ 30# and 15 DUs (except the last round, I was so out of breath I switched to SUs)
