All in all it’s just another brick in the wall

Hi friends!

Hope you enjoyed Monday’s work from home WOD and JTs wall of words that included a photo of a wall without words. And of course I’m teasing and the truth is I’m just envious of him and Coach Michael and their ability to be so expressive in their blogs.

I was the kid who was always under the page limit or word limit in all my assignments. The one who tried to fool the professors with a bigger font. I got away with it though so I guess my writing wasn’t that bad. I’m going to go with succinct.

And on that note – let’s talk about the WOD. Today is all about the abs. I love to suggest a warm-up jog – hell, make it a full on run. Get out there before it gets too damn hot and don’t forget your mask. When you’re back from that run the workout is pretty straight-forward – all the ab work. After all, I heard a rumor it was beach body season. Time to work on those abs and match those masks to your bathing suits!
