Summertime and the livin’ is easy

Good morning friends!

It’s been great to hear you guys are still out there and I’ve enjoyed reading your responses on here. Apologies for not responding yet! I’ve been buried in that full-time gig that used to take up fewer hours of the day somehow.

But, like the blog title says- it’s summertime! Perhaps the livin’ is a little less easy that we’d like sometimes but it warms my heart to know you guys are still out there reading these and staying active!

Today’s work is pretty straight-forward. 10 rounds of 10 burpees and some kind of sprint. I’m calling it a light pole sprint because I remember sprinting between light poles as a kid in Cambridge. Think stop sign sprint or some equivalent.

    I was bad and stayed inside. Replaced the sprint with 20 double tap jumps. It was a grind, but glad I did this one.
