This is a fun one. It’s been a while since we worked Power Cleans. We’ll be working up to a heavy triple in the strength portion, and then unleashing it in the WOD with an interval-ish workout… just move fast so that you have a rest interval in there!

    Strength: 120# x 2 , 115# x 3
    WOD: best round was 3:50. Seemed terrible. Was worse.
