Tuesday 10/26/2021 – Handstand Push-Up Work

Today we’re going to get upside down and work on our handstand push-ups. We’ll warm up the shoulders and practice some various scales for the HSPU based on your level of comfort / ability for this movement.

When done, we’ll take the hardest scale you can accomplish and use in the WOD along side a Dumbbell Over Head Lunging (50′ at a time) with RX (50/35), and some lateral burpees over that DB. Finish the round with 3 HSPU or scale, and then repeat this for 12 minutes.

It is going to get ‘shouldery’ so be ready to dig in and push.
