We had some awesome breakthroughs last night! Everybody did a great job keeping those rings in tight and working on their transitions. The following is a a great verse from a song I’m sure you have all heard of. But it’s weight bares heavily when attempting movements like we did yesterday. Carry the attitude with you always!

worked through some snatch technique today, definitely helpful before taking on 12.2. 75# will be a PR for me, so i’m getting myself fired up for that!
wod: blergh, this workout got at me mentally.
i did 6 bonus deadlifts in my first round and got real pissed at myself for being a moron. then my pull ups sucked. not such a great day for me. 12:53 with 115# deadlifts, everything else Rx.
