Free Yoga Class this Tuesday @ 7pm
Hey guys, I’m pumped to announce a new class offering for this week. We will have a free intro Yoga class on Tuesday evening at 7pm. This class will be uncapped and signup is the same as if you were checking yourself into any other class through zenplanner. And depending on how much interest is shown this Tuesday, we will try and offer it more often. The instructor’s name is Lillian, and I have attached her email in case you have any questions for her, prior to class. She has requested if you have your own Yoga mat that you bring it with you. In addition to the mobility pieces we already do, this is an awesome supplement for entire body wellness!

*I know a few of you have been trying to sign up for the Yoga Class. I am trying to figure out why it won’t let you sign up. If you cannot sign up do not worry about it, just plan on showing up at 7 and once I have fixed the glitch I will let everyone know.

Strength- Worked some snatch drills and mobility. God, did I need it.
WOD: 4+112m Rx
Thrusters got heavy…fast…probably because I strict press it…
snatch: 125#, having problems landing locked out over this weight
wiod: 4+150 meters
today was REALLY just not my morning. feeling lethargic and not 100% in the game today.
snatch: got 65# and probably could’ve gotten 75# but i knew i was going to be muscling it.
wod: 3+13 Rx. yeah, awesome, 2 shy of a full round. i need to work on my mental toughness.
Snatch: 125# This was 20# PR for me, so that was exciting.
WOD: 3+5 thrusters (@65#) I meant to do 60#, but I’m bad at math. In retrospect, I might as well have Rx’ed it.
It was nice to work out with both doors open.
Power Snatch: 125# PR for power snatches, but not for all types of snatches.
WOD: 4 Rounds + 104 meters, RX. I thought my shoulders were mad at me from Open 12.3 on Saturday, but I reached a whole new level of pissed off with them from this workout. Yoga should feel great tomorrow.
Love WODing with doors open. Especially love facing directly out into the street and accumulating weird looks.
Open doors rule! Things are about to get a lot more fun!
P.S. Yosh, Zen planner still won’t let me sign up for the yoga, but I’m planning on coming…
