Dot Drill
Today’s skill is focused on how quick you move your feet. The dot drill combines coordination with speed. You’ll have 3 shots to try and set a top score. Stay focused and kill it!

To any and all interested: a few of us have been getting together on Sundays at local parks to practice random CF/Gymnastics skills. Brian has a set of rings, I have some parallettes (and bands if needed) and lots of ideas of things to work on. If anyone would like to join us, I think we’ll be at Conway park on Somerville Ave (or Morse Kelley park a block away on Summer St. if it’s too crowded) this Sunday around 2PM. Would love to see anyone there who’s interested!
