wod: 11:26~, really ran out of energy on the last round.
DL: 345#, 1 at 365#. I was pretty pumped about this, since my previous 1 rep max was 340#.
WOD: 11:41 @ 95# with a green band. Anything with pull-ups kicks my ass. Could have gone heavier with the thrusters.
