Press: 105#. Got 115# and 110# up for one each. The #115 was a one-rep PR.
WOD: 14:56 I think, at 105#. Made a lot of time on the rowing and gave it back on the push press. The transition from rowing to jumping was nasty.
This was probably the first WOD I actually really enjoyed doing.
