8 Rounds Flat, RX. Ugh. I totally underestimated the OH part of those lunges. Shoulders were smoked and I couldn’t find the mental tenacity to push through it tonight.
5 1/4 at only 25#. I thought knocking 10# off would have made it go better, but the lunges were really rough (pretty sure I was up and down the rope in under 20 seconds).
Not my most stellar performance, but I unlocked a new achievement – eye sweat. (no, really, it was like someone was chopping an onion) My sweat angel was the most beautiful one I’ve ever made.
7 + 25′ at 35#. I love rope climbing, even when Yosh tells me to stop jumping and start from the bottom 🙂
I really enjoyed this one, despite not finishing. I was expecting to finish, so I was a little disappointed when I saw 12 minutes and I wasn’t half way yet. I showed up late and didn’t check the board, so I didn’t realize that NO ONE finished this (in 22 minutes, congrats Nick on getting that close).
I think I want to try climbing up one rope, across the beam, and down another rope.
Good lord, OH lunges were brutal. I got through the first round putting down the plate once halfway through, but after that I only made it 25′ at a time. Brutal.

Man oh man, my legs were not ready for this today. The rope climbs didn’t take nearly long enough to rest them in between.
