OHS: 135#
WOD: 9:49 Rx. Burpees after Murph were the worst part. I was able to get a bunch of the first round of pullups with Butterflys, which I was super stoked about.

Thanks to everyone from CrossFit Somerville who came out to Regionals in support of our friends at CrossFit Fenway and to Copley’s going-away shindig! It was a great weekend (including the impromptu pre-party WOD on Saturday and “Grace” on Sunday at the Games)… And congrats to all who came out for Murph or Jack on Monday. Fenway and Somerville are very close kin, and its good to have these “family reunion” get-togethers.
Have fun while I’m out of town this week- I’ll be back to coach the Friday evening classes!
OHS: 95# Lost my core on 105# and had to bail. I felt like I never quite got comfortable with my foot and hand positions today.
WOD: 10:36 I think. RX weight, bands on the pull-ups. I started with green and red, since 21 seemed like a long set, but after the second round, Mandy was having none and took my red band away.
It was good to be back after an involuntary week away.
OHS – 75#. Wasn’t feeling great about these tonight – not sure that getting up for a 6am train combined with not eating very well did much for my strength.
ohs: 100# PR. It was pretty unstable, but count it!
wod: 9:32 at 65#, which we decided was female Rx. 145 pull ups in 2 days FTW!

WOD – 11:50 @ 65# w/blue & red bands.
Nice work 6pm – Jaime, you KILLED it!!
P.S. Last week I met my may goal of 10 unbroken plank push-ups. Time to think about a goal for June…
sweeeeet! how about 10 with your elbows pointing down instead of out to the sides? (or are you already doing them the more badass way?)
Definitely not doing them the more badass way! I’ll look into that 🙂
OHS: 50# PR. Not a typo. I’ll conquer my mobility problems eventually. 🙂
WOD: 10:29 Rx
Good work, 6pm. Great job, Jaime. 🙂
OHS: 55# PR. These are starting to feel a bit better. Thank you Coach for the advice about my grip width!
WOD: 9:47 @ 65#, blue + red bands.
6PM class is always awesome. Thank you Alicia and Kyle!
