After a 2 week hiatus it was good to be back – nice work 6pm!
Press: 115#, didn’t feel great about this. Fought like hell for 120# twice but couldn’t get it past my nose.

My wrist has been bothering me for the last few weeks, so I did 5×5 HBBS instead. Got up to 215#, which was a big jump.
WOD: 11:19 with singles. One of these days I’ll get double-unders.
