    i front squatted yesterday, so i went for a 1RM deadlift…but failed miserably. may goal was 200#, june goal was 210# and my 1RM is 195#. I couldn’t get 185# off the ground today. YES.

    WOD: 4:51 Rx. Even though I hate wall climbs, I liked this work out. Total wall climbs in 24 hours is at 35. They sucked way less today than yesterday!

      Thanks, though I think you are actually the one who slayed the squats yesterday. 265#! Crazy. 🙂

      Evidently my one-rep max is 205#, set a few weeks ago working with Will. At the moment, just thinking of lifting that much weight is causing my SI joint to groan. Heh.
