Lost bottles and a schedule update

Hey guys,
We have a few water bottles in our fridge that have been unclaimed for quite some time. If you think you may have misplaced yours please let me know or when you’re in class, check for yourself. Some of these are pretty cool and if nobody takes ownership of them soon I may D-Bo some for a wedding present or two.

    snatch: 75# muscle snatch, YES.

    wod: 6+29 not Rx because I can’t my knees to actually touch my elbows consistently. I’d say I had 3-5 real K2E in each set of 10. JULY GOAL.

    WOD – 5 rds +35 w/45# OHS & singles

    WOD: 5+12 with 55# strict presses instead of OHS
    Thanks to reading Cal’s post, I made sure to no-rep myself everytime my knees missed my elbows. It made that last set take FOREVER…though still less time than my 8-year-old-shit-fit-DUs 😉

    Power Snatch: 135# PR! Been wanting that for months, ever since the open.

    WOD: 4 + 27. I tweaked my wrist doing that last power snatch, so tried going with 65# OH squat. Round 3 I couldn’t deal anymore so I switched to a 35# kettlebell for a right-hand-only OH squat. That was a little awkward but not bad.

    What I was most psyched about in the WOD was getting 20 unbroken double unders. I’ve never made any specific goals for DUs but that would’ve been one of them.
