bench: 90# PR.
wod: 9:41 Rx with some really awful squat cleans. surrendered my lumbar curve at the bottom probably of every single one of these. that’s gunna feel real good later.
also on may 8th, the wod was 5 rounds and the female squat cleans were 10# heavier. my time was 18:26 that day, so…
AND. it was awesome having so many people in the 530!

wod: 11:00. Even released the kb over my head at one point. Nice. Trying to do squat cleans at any sort of speed was a challenge and I am pretty sure I saw a raised eyebrow or two from Mandy with my lame squatting (which got better during the workout, I thought). But done! yippee! bring on the ice cream and fireworks.
Actually my raised eyebrows were for you handling about 85% of your max clean in a WOD after taking a few weeks off!! Nice job Hillary!
