    deceptively tough one!

    First noontime class in Somerville, and I have to say I like it!

    Deadlift – 165#
    I guess this was a 5 rep PR but I’ve done more with fewer reps…

    WOD 9:58 w/15# ground to overheads & 25# plate for lunges

      Correction – I think that was a 5rep PR. I feel like I’ve done it before but maybe not.
