FS: 175#. For some reason, I have no PRs in my notebook for this lift: I feel like I could do 1 rep at 185#, but not much more than that.
WOD: 13:55 Rx. Oh, my heart. 🙂
Front squat: maybe 120# (hopefully I got low enough during my second set at this weight to count it).
WOD: 15:57 with the green band. I’m going to try and take “integrity in every rep” to heart from now on. It’s too easy to get sloppy….
Today ruled. 21 cal row instead of box jumps. took forever 18:20. Felt awesome.
21 cal row? That’s a brutal substitution. Way to go!

FS: 245# PR, definitely lost form on the last rep…
WOD: 12:11 Rx, so many box jumps
FS: 165# PR and felt good amount this weight.
WOD: 15:56, box jumps slowed me down the most especially after I tumbled off the box on round 4.
