WOD: 7:22 @ 35#. happy surprise to discover that the OH plate lunges were a breeze this time compared to the first time i did ’em in a WOD with the same weight (those back then were SO UGLY). it’s exciting to think how all the training helps so much, even on a subconscious level, over time.
p.s. wouldn’t it be nice if burning calories were as easy as consuming them? π
