WHEN DID I MISS THIS?!?
When did I miss it??? Can we do it just so they don’t have to do some sort of tedious correction edit? I really want to make that statement true.
WOD 8:33. Longer than the rest of the class because of the T2B. Never done them before, unless you count knees to chest, haha. Had to do the last round in singles. What a day for front squats though! Started getting sore earlier, then my school wanted to have 3 fire alarms today, which resulted in me walking up and down 4 floors worth of stairs 3 times almost back to back… Not including my regular walks to classes and such… Stairs are officially my enemy after today and I’m sure as hell going to feel it tomorrow. >_< 95# btw
Front Squat: 205# Glad to see these improving so much
WOD: 9:20 Rx. Grip strength was the absolute key to this workout and preserving it throughout. I did not do that, and suffered through the last round.
FS: 225#
WOD: 6:49 Rx; I did not anticipate grip being the limiting factor on this. Luckily I broke up the sets early on and never had to drop down to singles.
FS: 125#. Still recovering from injury, so I didn’t want to push it.
WOD: 6:28 @ 115#. As I suspected, the grip was the limiting factor here.
FS: 155#, Still working on keeping my right knee from buckling in before I think about going heavier.
WOD: 5:25 @120#/WBS.
