    You know what really chaps my ass? When a class is full (plus a full waitlist) and four people don’t show up. Believe it or not, there are insomniacs like myself who check the calendar after 5AM and would totally take a 5:30 spot if there was one open.

    I decided to go rogue and went to class anyway, hoping that there would be room for me. I’m glad I did – it was a fun class.

    Volume training: 2 blue band dead hang pull-ups
    WOD: 15 + 20 RX

    Morning wall balls show that my skillz have improved not at all since I tried and failed to make the 7th grade basketball team.
    In preparation for (some day) lifting 100# over my head, volume training was 5 push-ups from knees.
